Heating Up the Chicken: Recipe for Rotel and Broccoli Casserole

Gather up your ingredients:

1 twenty-ounce package of broccoli
1 can of Rot-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup flour
1/2 pound of cheese

Need: a large baking dish, saucepan

Cook broccoli, drain and arrange in bottom of baking dish.
Mix soup and flour together in saucepan, low heat. Add can of Ro-Tel and cook to a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Pour sauce over broccoli and lightly stir.
Bake 350 for about 30 minutes.

Great side dish!
